Learning includes influence and guidance. As much as the academic structure is concern, the environment and surrounding have its role as major contributor as well. We have long known the common emphasis of learn by example. The children are always seen as a blank canvas and it is the teachers and parents that help shape their thinking, mindset and behavior.
It is almost difficult to compare wisdom and knowledge but clearly experience and maturity is the backbone in making wise choice and decision. Though the children are able to think and decide for themselves, but without a doubt their capacity are very much limited only within their circle and this can only be compliment with guidance, advice and examples from teachers and parents.
This program will also be focusing on the effective ways teachers and parents can get involved and contribute in helping the children development and growth. Through trainings and activities specially formulated for them to have better approach, their role is equally as important to help shape the future of the child.
In summary, the Education Malaysia Global Assist Initiative was conceived to address concerns that arise from the dynamic changes of the current education environment that we all live in. Hence, our focus of the EMGA Initiative spans into 3 distinct stakeholders that are:
